Black Elixir May 2020 – Present Co-Founder/Project Manager/ Game Designer

  • Establish a road-map for developers to align the organization’s goals to reduce technical debt and streamline the development process.
  • Improve cross communication and cooperation between development and operations to eliminate siloing, streamlining the development process and improving team dynamic. 
  • Create scripts through C# and work with a team, for feedback and recreating for accurate facilitation, to read and run in order to better understand the location of the error or mistake.
  • Creating levels from either 2D or 3D design from Unity engine using its terrain GameObjects as a scene for developers to edit and place objects into, for story-telling.
  • Hands-on providing the team with various solutions, which include researching and implementing NPC AI and troubleshooting root causes in our application.

 

CVS Aug 2017 – Present Pharmaceutical Technician 

  • Strategize with management to optimize prescription filling time, by analyzing order volume and utilizing first in first out to optimize prescription output, increasing efficiency by 20% and providing needed relief due to staffing shortage.
  • Understanding and utilizing the information that resides on each prescription and provides feedback to patients with pharmacist input inorder to provide accurate and positive results.
  • Trained staff on POS systems, improving teamwork and technical knowledge to process prescriptions in a timely manner.
  • Had to read and understand the language that was written on the hard copy of the prescriptions and type them in order to create the accurate meaning and usage of said drug.
  • Processed thousands of hand written prescriptions weekly, analyzing notoriously challenging handwriting, ensuring positive results for the patients well being.
